Excellent product that works!! My ponytail is much fuller and thicker and looks a lot neater. Easy to use. Service from Kitsch was outstanding, I ordered from the UK and my order was tracked the whole way. A couple of days my order didn’t move and they emailed to say they’ve noticed this and not to worry they’ll chase if it’s needed and will keep me updated and I don’t need to do anything, sometimes it can take a few days delay. My order arrived a week later despite it being over Thanksgiving and even with the couple of days of no movement. (I think it was waiting for the container to set off to UK). I’d definitely buy again without hesitation.

Y’all gonna make me cry. OK I love the ponyfull. it’s a good product. It’s a little unorthodox but they understood what they were making. I had previously complained on a review that the way the rubber bands were put into the packaging you could easily lose them which is exactly what happened for me I got to try it once which is why I had a leftover rubber band in another room so I was able to use the product again. I had to go find separate rubber bands which were like five dollars. I haven’t even tried to see if they will work. But to my surprise y’all sent me a new one. This is unheard of with customer service. You have made me feel like I can almost trust buying items online again . I have bought almost every single item you have between satin pillowcases sleeping masks hair curlers ponytail holders. You name it I got it. I appreciate the quality it’s a 10 out of 10 your customer service on the other hand is 100 out of 10. Thank you so much I really can’t thank you enough .
