I had never tried to curl my hair prior to starting using Kitsch.
The Heatless Jumbo Flexi Rods are so easy to use and make curling my hair a painless experience. I am able to sleep with them comfortably and wake up to the best curls!

I have long layered hair with bangs. I did not sleep these on, but I followed a tutorial that called for using the Not Your Mothers plumping mousse. I applied the mousse to my roof and midlength, but not my ends. I found wrapping my hair challenging as I have long layered. The easiest way for me to do it was to use all of my fingers on one hand to hold my hair down while I used the other to wrap. I imaging wrapping is a lot easier if your hair is one length. I left the rollers in for about 4 hours. The result was HUGE volume at the root and pretty large waves at the bottom. I sort of felt like Dark Helmet from Spaceballs. Next time I will apply the mousse midlengths to the ends to see if that helps the hair grip and maybe the roots won’t be as voluminous. I do think this product is best suited for mid length to long hair.

I love these so much. If you look at fake blowout tutorials where you use the socks stuffed with flexirods, they do work but they give so much frizz and can shape the hair uneven too.
I tried the same upside down method with it and omg, soooooo much bounce and so much volume. I've never had my hair look like this before I actually have no idea how to recreate it with a hair curler like this.
I have a photo for reference. My hair is naturally pretty straight and usually needs alot of product to hold the style. If I use mousse and hair spray this fake blow out look lasts a while!

These took a couple tries to figure out but then oh my gosh! They gave me gorgeous curls that lasted all day and I appreciated being able to make the curls a little different (different amounts of hair, curled forward vs backward), like when using a hot curler.

I loved how I can sleep comfortably on them. My curls lasts for the whole day but the little problem I had with them was if you have silky hair, they will unravel. I like mine to be tight throughout the night but as I remove my bonnet with them, they fall right off. I still give them a 5 star because who doesn't love HEATLESS CURLS?

I have fine, slightly wavy hair and it's very easily damaged. These rods, if I towel-dry and blow dry for 3 min or so before putting them in, give me beautiful curls that last for days. I am a swimmer and the curls last even after wearing a swim cap. It may take longer to use these on damp or wet hair, but having a style last for days is preferable to using heat-styling tools that damage my fragile, long hair.

I try not to use hot tools since I've been growing my hair out 8 years ago. It’s down to my butt and I love these to get my curls to come out more and it took me a couple tries to get the roll right. I’ll probably purchase another set since my hair is so thick but these did the job. I just think for the amount of hair I have 12 would work better. The print is adorable, I wish there were a crown set from the Disney line.
