Overall I am very happy with this product. The first time I used it my hair felt softer and thicker, and was a little shinier than usual. The shampoo/conditioner has a good lather and I really like the lavender vanilla scent. My only con may only apply to my hair type but I’ll give the caveat just in case your hair is similar. If you have experienced protein overload or buildup with products such as rice protein or bond repair products, you may notice a buildup in your hair with this if you use it too often. I found I can only use this once or twice a week. If I use it more my hair feels a little weighed down. However, when I use it once a week it gives me really amazing results such as extra volume and shine. This is the perfect product to add in a few times a week to your routine!

Leaves my hair smooth and full. I have fine wavy hair and this conditioner works great to add volume and not weigh it down. It adds great shine as well. They are reformulating the conditioner due to the bar not drying. They have great customer service !! While I wait for replacements I have found that using that excess as a leave-in -conditioner works great. I just barely dampen my hands and very sparingly rub the bar in my hands and work it through my ends and it leaves it sooooooo very smooth !!!

I do love this conditioner so I can get the oils and supplements I need for my hair without making it oily and greasy immediately. The smell is amazing and it has a great lather. It also made my hair SO soft and shiny! My only reason for giving it 4 stars is because you really have to use this on the very, very ends of your hair if you're prone to oily-ness. I made the mistake of using it right below my head and it ended up weighing my hair down to where it felt heavy and it got greasy faster. Once I got that learning curve it was great!

Love how soft my hair was after using this conditioner bar! I do wish it lathered a little more, so that applying it would be a little easier. Applying the bar with the conditioner bag directly onto my hair caused too much tugging, so it would be better if it lathered a little more. The formula itself is light and doesn’t weigh down my hair. I love the scent of the bar, but it doesn’t last long. I do feel that my hair feels fuller after using the shampoo and conditioner, and I like that this bar has nourishing ingredients
