    Enhancing KITSCH's International Shipping Experience

    I wanted to share my recent experience with KITSCH's 'Build Your Own Soap Dish Bundle,' which I've purchased twice. While the products themselves are impressive, I encountered significant issues with their international shipping service.

    My orders included a variety of products, such as the Rice Water Shampoo and Conditioner and the Rosemary & Biotin Volumizing Solid Shampoo and Conditioner. Unfortunately, both shipments were delivered incorrectly—the first to a wrong city and the second to a nearby restaurant. Despite these setbacks, KITSCH's customer service was commendable in resolving the issues, though the mistakes were repetitive.

    After finally receiving my products, I've been impressed with their quality and now look forward to my daily showers. However, for a seamless customer experience, KITSCH should consider partnering with a more reliable courier service for international deliveries.
