Kojic Acid Face and Body Bar

I like this Kojic bar! When I first got it in the mail, I didn’t even have the box open and I could smell the fragrance from the bar, so it is very strong. Some people may not mind, but others who are sensitive to smell should take note. The ridges on the bar makes it easier to grip onto the sides to hold when using it, especially in the shower. I make sure to take it out of the shower for it to dry so it stays in tact as long as possible.

I gradually saw a few areas of my skin subtly brighten after multiple uses over 2 weeks, but I did notice that my skin felt a bit more sensitive being out in the sun, so I have to make sure I’m applying sunscreen everyday, at least a couple times a day. I noticed one of my darker sunspots on the side of my face has gotten lighter, and that it seems to be doing good at slowly tackling any minor scars or reducing redness from acne. On my arms, it has helped blur the “farmer’s tan lines” on my biceps, but my forearms only look slightly lighter overall.

The only thing that I haven’t noticed a difference are the little freckles across my nose and cheeks. If anything, they seem a little more noticeable. But since there are many, I’m sure it will be much longer for me to notice any changes. Overall, it is a subtle transformation for me, helping to even out and brighten my skin tone. I have very sensitive skin from my face to my body so I want to start by saying this bar did not make my skin dry at all while using it, which has been a problem for me with any other clarrifying soap I have used.

I used to have little pipmly bumbps on my arms (in the tricep area)- it got rid of those. The kind of purlpy shade my underarms used to have? Gone! Spots from shaving I used to have on my legs? Not anymore! Use it with an exfoliating body brush with bristles and you will have new skin!

In my face I have oily-sensitive skin and a good cleanser was imposible for me to find BUT this bar did the trick! My skin also used to be irritaded and had red spots all over but this bar after only one week of use relieved it- say goodbye to dull skin!

As for the smell, personaly I ADORE it! It is very citrucy and fresh, plus it fills up the whole room and it's like you are using a very nice, clean air freshener! I must say that despite me loving it, it can be overpowering for some people so take that into consideration.

Finally, the size is HUGE and I could not be happier with that! It gats foamy very easy so no need to rub it a lot (you would be wasting product). I have been using it for 2 months now everyday for my face and 2 times/week for my body and I have quite a lot of it left (definately for another month)!

So, I just opened my first bar of the Kojic face wash bar. First thing I noticed was the scent. For some you may think that’s bad but it is not, it has such a clean fresh ( almost citrus) scent. It’s not strong at all. The lather is very rich and smooth! I’ve already ordered 2 more bars after using my first one for just 5 days. It’s that impressive!!!

Impressed with this face bar! I've been using it each evening to wash my face before bed. I like the fragrance and it lathers well. I don't wear a lot of makeup, but it does a good job cleaning my skin. I have some darker spots in my face due to melasma, and while I haven't noticed a lightening of the spots, my overall complexion seems brighter. My skin feels tighter after I wash with this bar, so I always follow with a good moisturizer. Overall very happy with this face bar and plan to purchase again.

The kogic acid face & bodt bar is complete magic! It lathers up nicely and smells so intoxicating. My combination skin saw a difference within 2 uses! My problem areas tend to be breakouts, texture, and dark spots. This bar addressed all 3 leaving me with brighter and more even toned appearance. I quickly added it to my holy grail list!
