Rosmarin & Biotin Trio

I wanted to love this and I did the first use. My hair was soft and the smell was amazing but two days later when I went to use it again there was an oily mess that had run out of the travel case I had it stored in. I poured the oil out and hoped I hadn't ruined my new bars. I thought I didn't let it try good with the humid weather. This time I left the lid off and put it on a shelf in my room. Again there was oil in the bottom of the case so this time I hung it in the bag in the bathroom and there was an streak of oil running down the wall. Out of the 4 times I used it I didn't notice a big difference in my hair after that first use and I don't know if it is because an oil ingredient ran out of it or what but even not being used and just sitting with the lid off for a week you can still see some oil in the bottom of the case. The picture is with no use and storing it on a shelf so it should be dry but still you can see the oil in the bottom. I won't be using it again. I heard that Kitsch is working on a better formula so when they update it I will maybe try it again.

I love the smell and the first use I thought it was going to be a new favorite go to but the next time I went to use it which was just 2 days later I had an oily liquid pour out of my travel case I stored it in. I thought I didn't let it dry good or something so I left the lid off after using it and moved it out of the bathroom. I noticed later that night there was oil in it again. I can't really tell a big difference in my hair the 4 times I used it but every time there is more oil in the case and the last time I left it in the bag and hung it in the shower away from the spray and there was a line of oil running down the wall. It makes a mess so I won't be using it anymore. You can still see the oil in the bottom and this is after I've poured some out because it filled the case before I found it the first time. I'm wondering if it isn't all of an ingredient used. The conditioner was the worst, but both seemed to do it

Leaves my hair smooth and full. I have fine wavy hair and this conditioner works great to add volume and not weigh it down. It adds great shine as well. They are reformulating the conditioner due to the bar not drying. They have great customer service !! While I wait for replacements I have found that using that excess as a leave-in -conditioner works great. I just barely dampen my hands and very sparingly rub the bar in my hands and work it through my ends and it leaves it sooooooo very smooth !!!

These Rosemary & Biotin shampoo and conditioner bars have easily moved into first place ( along side the Rice Protein S & C ). I have very long fine hair. I used to have to say it was dry and frizzy and impossible to style. However, I started using Kitsch in late October 2023 and my hair has made a huge transformation. It has shine, volume, and no frizzies. I started using the Rosemary & Biotin about 2 months ago and it is amazing. They’ve had a small issue with the conditioner bar with the oil beading and leaking but I learned 2 things, 1) kitsch has great customer service and is working on the formula and 2) those little beads, if you just roll the bar in your barely damp hands , you can use it as a leave-in conditioner or apply just to the ends and it does a great job giving my hair a smooth, finished shine!!!

I do love this conditioner so I can get the oils and supplements I need for my hair without making it oily and greasy immediately. The smell is amazing and it has a great lather. It also made my hair SO soft and shiny! My only reason for giving it 4 stars is because you really have to use this on the very, very ends of your hair if you're prone to oily-ness. I made the mistake of using it right below my head and it ended up weighing my hair down to where it felt heavy and it got greasy faster. Once I got that learning curve it was great!

I absolutely love this shampoo! I alternate use between this one, the rice water protein, and another shampoo so I don't overload my hair with oils or protein but this was an excellent addition to the routine. I've struggled with fine and thinning hair for years and years and after just the first use, and more after 3-4 uses, I noticed my hair was slightly thicker and had more volume, and it was significantly shinier and softer! Will definitely be keeping this shampoo in rotation.
